Essential Job Functions
Sets up, maintains and operations the bar
Takes drink orders from patrons or event staff and prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
Verifies legal age of patrons
Mixes ingredients for cocktails and serves wine and bottled or draught beer
Qualifications
Requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with customers. Additional qualifications include:
Minimum 3 years experience of banquet bartending experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes
